UTSS can assure a timely arrival and completion of any installation that our customers require. Our Documented Zero Defect Policy along with direct client review and acceptance procedure assures clients that they are receiving the highest quality services delivered on time and on budget.

We provide regular, in-house training to our specialists, ensuring that they are experts on the more current technologies and equipment as well as safety regulations. This dedication to our staff and customers means that every installation project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. UTSS is ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management principles.

UTSS teams have a fleet of transportation/installation vehicles that are equipped with all of the necessary equipment and tools required to complete a variety of installations, for a variety of different vendors. When necessary, UTSS will utilize air transportation to get the installation teams and the appropriate installation equipment to customer locations.

The UTSS teams are fully equipped with all necessary installation tools and equipment, including but not limited to:

• ​J-Bar

• ​Blocking material

• ​Certified Special tools such as torque wrenches

• ​Installation materials

• ​Power hand tools such as saws and drills

Deinstallation

Our expertise is not only in installing new medical imaging equipment but also in safely removing old equipment for disposal or resale.

Often before rooms can be prepared for new equipment, old technologies need to be removed and transferred elsewhere. The United Technical Support Services team has the skills and knowledge to make for smooth transitions that won’t damage your facilities or the equipment being removed.

The UTSS team will de-install, pack, rig, transport and store your assets with the highest level of quality and care. Our team will calibrate your system prior to de-installation to set performance benchmark of the equipment. UTSS will then de-install it, handle the rigging and transportation to the new site, install the equipment and re-calibrate it back to the performance level.

If you are decommissioning equipment, UTSS will de-install and scrap at licensed disposal facilities that are certified green to help protect the environment

Construction & Project Management

If you have a complex project that involves room construction, renovations, rebuilds, multiple machines and complete installations, then you need the expertise of United Technical Support Services.

The UTSS team can make even the most complicated construction and installation project a smooth and easy experience for your organization. Our ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Assurance program means that every project receives the highest standards of excellence from start to finish.

Our experienced Project Managers, Logistics Coordinators, Installation Team Members, Drivers and Riggers work in tandem with facility administration and department heads. The result is a well-coordinated, fully designed and planned process that reduces downtime or interruption of services and minimizes impacts on the facility during construction and installations. UTSS provides all required support to complete the project, from the preliminary design and drawing phase through the overall construction scope of work and completes with installation of the imaging system.

Calibration & Preventative Maintenance

Our nationwide team of professionals is committed to setting the standard for quality, safety and performance in the Medical Imaging Industry.

On every project, UTSS implements an Internal Auditing and Performance Grading System along with extensive project checklists and progress measures. We perform customer satisfaction surveys on every install and create management summary reports monthly. Finally, UTSS management and site inspectors perform random on-site inspections of work in progress to ensure a quality job is being completed in the most efficient manner.

Service & repair

UTSS teams are trained and qualified to provide OEMs with the factory authorized services needed to stay agile and flexible.

Our teams undergo both Factor and UTSS-based training to ensure your devices are serviced with the most current standards and precision. Our service model is non-competitive, which means UTSS does not develop direct relationships with the OEM customer base.

Transportation

United Technical Support Services ensures that your equipment arrives safely to its destination with delivery and transportation services.

The UTSS team is dedicated to offering our clients the best transportation and delivery experience possible. Every delivery is completed by professional, uniformed drivers who are dedicated to the delivery of your investment with white glove service. UTSS provides our teams with the most modern and up-to-date packing and moving equipment which increases efficiency while maintaining the highest level of quality.

We’ve been navigating the trucking industry for 20 years and we run our own dedicated fleet of 28ft custom box-trucks and Panel Vans. Our trucks are equipped with satellite tracking systems, allowing for real-time status updates on deliveries. Equipment transitions are made easier by the 5,000 pound adjustable lift gates on all of our trucks.

UTSS also manages multiple storage locations throughout the United States, available to pack, wrap, and securely store your valuable equipment during relocations, facility update projects, and pre-delivery.

Rigging

Whether you are rigging in your team’s new investment, or recycling your legacy equipment, we are your one stop shop.

At UTSS, we specialize in moving and rigging sensitive equipment through high traffic and professional workplaces. We understand that there are substantial differences between moving steel and moving an MRI; one requires greater finesse, relevant experience and unwavering attention to detail. 

Further, environments change. Our teams are used to and comfortable working in full-Contruction sites, as well as active ERs and Surgical Centers. Teams are trained to industry standard in safety, as well as in professionalism, empathy, and conduct.
