A Proud Moment for All of Us

At UTSS, we believe that everything we do has a tremendous impact on the lives of our employees, our customers, and the people they serve. During the daily grind of planning projects, traveling the country and installing/rigging systems, it can become easy to lose sight of the “big picture” on which UTSS was founded on.

As some of you know, recently my wife and I welcomed our first child into our lives. As we counted down the days to the arrival of our daughter, it became apparent that the road may get rocky.

Some of the standard tests started to show some “oddities” that the doctors were not sure of the cause or the severity. After careful research, the decision was made to order an MRI to get a closer look at what was going on.

This is where the “big picture” of UTSS became very real to us. The MRI that was used was installed by UTSS. The results of the MRI allowed doctors to pinpoint what was going on. They developed a plan of action and we were able to, without issues, deliver Blake. UTSS played a huge role in allowing the doctors the ability to give our daughter the best possible care they could offer.

UTSS effectively and efficiently installed the system with 100% quality which allowed for the system to be turned over to the hospital in a timely manner. No, we were not the ones that were reading the scans but without us there to install the MRI, the scans would have never happened.

I personally want to thank each one of you for what you do on a daily basis, both field and administrative staff. As you go from project to project, please remember the “big picture”, impacting the lives of patients. Each and every day, patients are treated on systems that UTSS rigged/installed. Each and every day, a patient’s life is greatly impacted in the same manner in which it impacted my life personally.
