On every project, UTSS implements an Internal Auditing and Performance Grading System along with extensive project checklists and progress measures. We perform customer satisfaction surveys on every install and create management summary reports monthly. Finally, UTSS management and site inspectors perform random on-site inspections of work in progress to ensure a quality job is being completed in the most efficient manner.
